Check the range's breaker in your electrical panel and reset it. If that fixes it — great, you don't need us. If not, call.
Cracked glass cooktop?
Stop using it and turn it off at the breaker.
Door locked after self-clean?
Let the oven cool completely — the door usually unlocks on its own.
Most oven, stove and cooktop repairs cost $189–$499, parts and labor included. The $79 service call is part of that price, and you get the exact price before we start.

Usually not — the door stays locked until the oven cools down. If it's still locked hours later, call us.

All major brands sold in the US — GE, GE Profile, Café, Whirlpool, Frigidaire, Samsung and more. Premium brands too: Thermador, Wolf, Viking, Miele.

Yes. Call before 2 PM and we'll come the same day. We're open 7 days a week, 8 AM–6 PM. Urgent calls are taken until 8 PM, at the same price.
Who will come to my home?+
Me — Vladimir, the owner. I answer the phone and do every repair myself.
What if I decide not to repair it?+
You only pay the $79 service call. No pressure.
What does the 180-day warranty cover?+
Parts and labor. If the same problem comes back within 180 days, we fix it at no charge. Rare exceptions are discussed with you before the repair.
What if a part has to be ordered?+
You'll know the price first. Parts usually arrive in 1–3 days, and the return visit is free. Most repairs — 85%+ — are done on the first visit.
Do you work in condos?+
Yes. We send a COI to your building and coordinate elevator access with management.
How can I pay?+
Card, Zelle, cash or check. You get an electronic receipt and invoice.
Are you certified and insured?+
Yes. We're EPA Section 608 certified to work with refrigerant and carry general liability insurance.
Do you speak Russian?+
Yes — English and Russian. For other languages we use a voice translator, so we can still explain everything clearly.
